River Jam 5K

My time has improved only slightly.  I have berated myself for not having a good pair of trail shoes.  I rarely do trail races, this year being an exception.  A really large exception.  First race of the year was a trail race.  Hmmm.  Definitely time for a good pair of trail shoes.
